Shine the Light on DV- Candlelight Vigil

Together, we will honor and remember those we have lost in 2024 to domestic violence. As a community, we grieve, heal, and stand united to bring awareness to these senseless acts of violence.

We encourage the public to attend—especially survivors of domestic violence and family members who have lost loved ones. All are welcome to come together in remembrance and solidarity.

Guests are invited to bring candles, memorial roses, or photos of loved ones to honor their memory. Together, we will shine a light for hope, healing, and change.

Itinerary:

  • 3:00p Sharp: Procession from NOFJC (701 Loyola Ave) to City Hall

  • 3:30p Vigil (On the Steps of City Hall)
