As an affiliate of the Alliance for HOPE International, the New Orleans Family Justice Center is proud to offer programs that support healing, resilience, & long-term empowerment for survivors and their families. NOFJC offers youth programs FREE to survivor’s families.
Pathways—a year-long youth mentorship initiative designed to support children and teens impacted by domestic violence. A key component of Pathways is Camp HOPE America, the first camping and mentoring program in the United States specifically focused on youth exposed to domestic violence.
Camp HOPE provides a powerful summer camp experience that is woven into Pathways’ year-round model of encouragement, connection, and growth. Over 50 nonprofit agencies working together to serve survivors of domestic violence and their children.

Our Mission: Help Children Who Have Been Exposed to Trauma Find Pathways to HOPE and Healing!
Camp HOPE America is uniquely designed with a trauma-informed approach, prioritizing the creation of a year-round space where youth feel safe, valued, heard, and fully supported. From the start, our mission has been to provide an environment where every young person feels cared for and empowered to thrive. Our trauma-informed model provides a long-term continuum of care for children that is therapeutic by nature and communal by design and built on the Science of Hope.
NOFJC- Pathways/Camp Hope-Louisiana Chapter is one of more than 50 Camp Hope programs operating nationally. Our program focuses on key area of youth empowerment for the our most vulerbale witnessing voiclence.
